During this sparkling wine tasting in Valencia, we explain those differences and focus especially on Spanish sparkling wines, including Cava with its official Denomination of Origin (D.O. Cava), internationally recognized for its quality and traditional method production.

This private tasting showcases the diversity of Spain through four carefully selected sparkling wines. You will learn about grape varieties, traditional method production, aging on lees, styles and food pairing, all explained in a clear and engaging way. The session is led by a Diploma WSET certified wine expert and sommelier, who adapts the experience to your level, whether you are new to sparkling wines or already a wine enthusiast.
