Throughout my life I have lived in several countries, and in all of them my most common means of transport was the bicycle. When I was younger it was for economic and environmental reasons, however, later it became my way of living the cities and discovering them from another perspective.

Is it possible to visit the city of Valencia by bike without missing anything? Of course, it is! There are three examples I would like to mention to you that I will never forget.

Taiwan is a country where I lived for six months, living in its capital Taipei, the orography of this city is curious, it is flat in some parts and mountainous in others, depending on the neighborhood where you are. This experience led me to see not only the main attractions, but also the local neighborhoods where people go about their daily lives.

In the Czech Republic, Prague I had the opportunity to take a bike tour through the old town and it was an unbeatable experience, I must say that Prague is cobblestone, old and with many slopes, so my bike was electric (it was my first time with an ebike) and this helped me to make it more bearable. The guide told us curiosities and places to eat local dishes.

Kaunas, a city that I loved riding a bike, it is small, intuitive to ride and beautiful to look at. At the same time, I feel very comfortable because every year that I can, I spend a few days there and discover something new, it is worth it!

Overall, that year of the pandemic had a great emotional impact on humanity. That year I started with a text sheet to write down ideas of what I would like to point out when travelers return to my hometown, visiting Valencia.
